Who is Brad Grabowski?
About me

First and foremost, I'm a follower of Christ. My faith shapes how I approach my work, how I lead, how I serve others, and how I define success. I strive to do everything with purpose, integrity, and for the glory of God.
“Whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”
Colossians 3:17
I'm a Product Designer and Product Leader with 12+ years of experience turning complex problems into products people understand, trust, and enjoy using. I've worked across startups, enterprise organizations, and agencies, allowing me to solve problems at very different stages and scales.
My work spans product strategy, UX, and product design, design systems, front-end development, and increasingly, AI-first product experiences. I enjoy working where design, technology, and business intersect, especially when the problem is messy, and the path forward isn't obvious.
As a leader, I care about more than the final design. I work closely with product, engineering, customers, and leadership to create a clear product vision, align teams around it, and turn that vision into something real.
Whether I'm rethinking an enterprise workflow, building a design system, exploring how AI changes the way people work, or getting into the details of an interaction, my goal stays the same: create thoughtful products that solve real problems and do work worth being proud of.
Outside of work
When I'm and when I'm not designing, there's a good chance I have a cup of coffee in hand. I enjoy the whole process, from grinding the beans to dialing in the perfect pour. For me, it's a reminder that the details matter, the process matters, and good things are worth taking the time to get right.

I'm also a bit of an audiophile. I collect vinyl, and I'm just as interested in the gear as I am the music itself. Turntables, amps, speakers, and everything that takes a recording from the record to the room. There's an intentionality to a good analog setup that I appreciate.
On the other side of listening, I've started dabbling in making some music of my own. I'm still very much a beginner, mostly experimenting with melodic house and ambient electronic music built for long drives or focused work. It gives me another creative outlet and, occasionally, the soundtrack for my next design session.
